Inder Koul Named Huntington's Enterprise Project Management Director

COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Huntington Bank has named Inder Koul as enterprise project management office director. In his new role, Koul will define, develop and manage project and program management best practices, processes and policies for Huntington's enterprise office. He reports to Zahid Afzal, executive vice president and chief information officer.

Koul will be responsible for building and leading the enterprise project management office and ensuring that all projects deliver business value and meet quality and budget requirements. He will also provide governance and direct the development and implementation of key programs at the enterprise level.

Prior to joining Huntington, Koul was a senior vice president at Bank of America where he held numerous executive positions in technology, operations and consumer and small business banking. While there, Koul oversaw strategy, back office operations and integrated banking solutions delivery across numerous business segments, including global wealth and investment, consumer and small business banking as well as customer service and support.

Before joining Bank of America in 2003, Koul was director of integration services with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and led the effort to build a new services business, complementing traditional solutions and system integration services. Koul has also previously worked on global project solutions for IBM, Verizon, Dow Chemical, Morgan Stanley and Citibank UK.

Koul earned his bachelor's of electronics in engineering, with honors, from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
