Huntington Bank:
An Inclusive Culture

At Huntington, Welcome means Welcome to all. We are committed to maintaining a culture where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected, empowering our colleagues to perform at their best.

Creating an inclusive environment involves embracing different skills, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives and having a workforce that reflects our communities helps us better understand and meet the needs of our customers. Inclusiveness is a business imperative—and will continue to be a driving force in our success.  By embracing each colleague’s uniqueness, our caring and inclusive culture comes to life.

Every colleague contributes to the organization with their own collection of talents, perspectives and a multitude of experiences. Appreciating these rich differences is how we cultivate the best ideas and develop the best innovations for making Huntington the country’s leading People-First, Customer-Centered Bank.

Develop

We have learning and development programs to help our colleagues grow in their careers at Huntington. These development programs include an online library, which allows colleagues to take ownership of their development via direct access to role-based content that can be self-initiated. We also have a robust platform for colleagues to hone their skills by connecting to a mentor or applying for a gig that will develop skills toward their aspirations.
