Huntington Appoints Keith Sanders Human Resources Director
Sanders has more than 20 years of HR experience
COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Huntington Bank has named Keith Sanders, formerly of PepsiAmericas, Inc., executive vice president and director of human resources. Sanders will define and direct all human resources policies, procedures and strategies in addition to leading Huntington's diversity and inclusion program. He reports directly to Steve Steinour, chairman, president and CEO.

Sanders will be responsible for managing talent identification and acquisition as well as the training and development of existing personnel. In addition, Sanders will lead performance management, change management and compensation design.

Before joining Huntington, Sanders was a U.S. vice president of human resources at PepsiAmericas, Inc., and was the company's chief diversity and inclusion officer. Prior to PepsiAmericas, Sanders was a district human resources director at AutoNation, supporting over 3,000 associates and managing staffing, recruiting and retention efforts. Sanders also previously worked as a human resources manager at Target and Federated Department Stores, now known as Macy's, Inc.
Sanders earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Harper College in Illinois.
