Huntington Bancshares Incorporated Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on its Preferred Stock

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated announced that on April 18, 2011, the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock (NASDAQ: HBANP) of $21.25 per share.  The dividend is payable July 15, 2011, to shareholders of record on July 1, 2011.
