Huntington Bancshares Incorporated Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Its Series A, B, and D Preferred Stocks
COLUMBUS, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/16 -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock (NASDAQ: HBANP) of $21.25 per share. The dividend is payable July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2016. The board of directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend on its Floating Rate Series B Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (CUSIP#: 446150500) of $8.32087324 per share (equivalent to $0.2080218 per depositary receipt share). The dividend is payable July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2016. Finally, the board declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 6.25% Series D Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (NASDAQ: HBANO) of $19.792 per share (equivalent to $0.4948 per depositary receipt share). The dividend is payable July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2016.
